East Borough Shop offers delivery to recipients in the US, with costing structures as follows:

Curbside pickup is available at our store in Portland, OR.

Free US shipping for orders $50 and over.

For orders up to $9.99, shipping is $3.95.

For orders $10 to $24.99, shipping is $5.95.

For orders $25 to $34.99, shipping is $7.95.

For orders $35 to $49.95, shipping is $9.95.

All orders are typically processed within 48 hours. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone. Once we process your shipment, we will send you tracking info via email. 

Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Our shipping rates cover standard shipping. Contact us for rates if you require expedited shipping. 

East Borough Shop supports carbon reduction in partnership with Bonneville Environmental Foundation projects. Verified Carbon Offsets purchased from BEF have balanced the greenhouse gas emissions associated with our shipping.

Taxes

East Borough Shop is located in Oregon, a state that does not charge sales tax. Because this is the only location in which we have a physical business location, there is no requirement to charge sales tax to our customers.

International availability

East Borough Shop ships internationally on a case by case basis. If there is an item you must have and you live outside of the US, please send an email to hello@eastboroughshop.com to receive a shipping quote. Please include the following information in your email: Full name, billing address, shipping address, specific item and quantities you would like to order. Please note that East Borough Shop is not responsible for any international taxes or duties imposed. Prior to purchase, please contact your local customs office to determine potential charges.
