A beautiful glass bottle with the Ortigia palm is filled with fico d’India perfumed oil.
Roller ball top. Natural coconut oil base. Festive packaging. Perfect gift.
About the scent: The fico d’India cactus with vibrant orange flowers grows wild in Sicily. Ortigia’s fico d’India scent is subtle, with powdery fig & cedar oils with cactus juice.
Ortigia is the small Italian soap + scent company founded in Sicily in 2006 by Sue Townsend, co-founder of Crabtree & Evelyn (the quintessential 80s go-to for bath + body). The perfumes are distilled from the flowers of Sicily by master perfumer, Lorenzo Villoresi.
Products are not tested on animals and are paraben-free. The base of all products is natural perfume and ingredients: olive oil, vegetable glycerine, and organic colors.
The decorative product and packaging designs alone make these gems worthy of purchase, but the scents are wonderful—so worthy of their highbrow following.
